This site empowers NC Medicaid Direct beneficiaries to securely register for, manage access to their claims and clinical data by approved third-party applications (such as mobile apps) and other insurers.

Third Party developers and payers may use this site to register for, test and gain access to our Application Programming Interfaces (APIs):

• Patient Access API: For personal health records and claims history.
• Provider Directory API: For up-to-date information on network providers, including locations, specialties, and contact details.
• Payer-to-Payer API: For secure data exchange between insurers.

NC Medicaid Managed Care beneficiaries may gain access to their data through their specific Medicaid Managed Care program.
